At A1looks, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or refund within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Return Policy

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Return requests must be raised within 7 working days of delivery.

• Sale items, discounted products, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
